Over the past 20 years, we have completed nearly $500 million in the development and construction of nearly 4,100 affordable housing units.  In addition to our general contracting services, we also offer development consulting services to aid our clients in developing the best possible product.  We also focus on safety, value engineering, and are well versed in universal design and green building systems and techniques.  We are experienced in the intricacies of affordable housing construction and familiar with MBE (Minority Business Enterprise) and WBE (Woman Business Enterprise) section 3 Requirements, Davis/Bacon Wage rate requirements, cost certifications, and all other state agencies requirements.
